To validate you as a customer we require the Order Number and Customer ID. Both of these numbers can be found on your customer receipt. On your receipt you will find the top section labelled Order Details, inside this section you can find your Order Number (shortened to Order No) and Customer ID (shortened to Cust ID.)
If you do not have your receipt at hand, don't worry, this information can also be found on your shipping notice that arrives with your goods. Your shipping notice will have on the right hand side reference one and reference two. Reference one is your Order Number and reference two is your Customer ID.
