This Timeguard Motion Sensor PIR Light Switch detects PIR body heat motion and automatically switches the light on, turning it off again after a time adjustable from 6 seconds to 12 minutes.

The dark internal corridor of our flat has been transformed! Enter the area and it lights up, no fumbling for switches. I think the price is full but is probably worth the premium over a standard switch. Fully recommended.

Whilst the unit work OK initially, a bulb blowing in the light fitting caused the switch to fail less than 3 days after installation.
