Remove the cause of condensation at source with an Xpelair XIL inline shower fan system.
With a neat grille installed directly over the shower, humid or moist air will be ducted away by a fan above the ceiling and onwards to a grille installed outside, typically in the soffit.
XIL fans are available in sizes of 100, 125 & 150mm and are only available as fan systems.

The systems contain all the components necessary for a normal installation, comprising:
- inline fan
- 3m of flexible duct
- Four worm drive clips
- inline backdraught shutter (XIL100)
- Internal ceiling grille with sleek styling in white
- Outside soffit/wall grille
Timer Option
- Single speed inline showerfan system
- Built-in overrun timer (adjustable at installation from 2-20mins)
- Operated by remote switch (in a bathroom wired to the lighting circuit)
- Can also be wired to a water flow switch, fitted in the pipework to the shower
- Control, to switch On/Off when the shower is in use
