The communication was good and the employees helpful. The package was very damaged on delivery and on inspection the immersion heater was bent. This meant a delay for another couple of days before we were able to install it for our customer, who relied on it for all the hot water. Reviewing the packing of items such as immersions would be of benefit but otherwise excellent service

Just replace from a cheaper part and this Immersion Heater is a lot better. Very quite. Water gets hot but does not boil in the tank. One thing is the temp setting is at its highest setting and water is just hot enough.
