The DeLonghi EC710 Stainless Steel Espresso/Cappuccino Maker is a simple yet effective 15 Bar pressure espresso and cappuccino machine and is an ideal introduction into the world of Italian coffee, offering a real hands-on Barista experience at home.
The most traditional and well-known way to make delicious authentic espresso using the filter holder and ground coffee, the EC710 can also be used with Easy Serving Espresso (ESE) capsules for added convenience.
The DeLonghi EC710 Stainless Steel Espresso/Cappuccino Maker’s “Cappuccino System” mixes steam, air and milk, producing a rich, creamy froth for a great cappuccino. The espresso and cappucino maker includes a 1.3 litre removable water reservoir with a water level indicator as well as a stainless steel espresso boiler.
The DeLonghi EC710 Stainless Steel Espresso/Cappuccino Maker also comes with two filter holders, a new fail-safe crema filter holder for normal ground coffee, the other for the Easy Serving Espresso pods and free Illy pods. These pods take the guesswork out of making the perfect espresso and cappuccino. Illy pods, for example, consist of two layers of special filter paper filled with 100% pressed ground arabica coffee, which can be clipped straight into the filter holder. The pods are easy to remove after use solving the problem of messy, loose coffee grounds.
The machine includes separate steam and espresso thermostats, accessories storage for a tidier kitchen, an incorporated coffee tamper and an active cup warmer and self-priming system.
