The Smiths Award Recessed Hydronic Heater is the ideal solution where space is at a premium. The unit is not only fully hydronic but its discreet design makes it ideal for around the home where hallways, small rooms or conservatories do not have the space to hold a hydronic heater.
The Award is still a very powerful unit despite its size. The Smiths Award Recessed Hydronic Heater runs at a maximum 1.6kW output or 2.2kW output on boost mode, perfect for heating the room up quickly before letting the Award return to normal output.
Not only is the Award a highly versatile and economic unit but it is also one of the quickest to install. The Smiths Award is able to install into stud walls and even into brickwork (requires a wood frame if installed into brickwork which is not supplied.) The unit does not need to be earthed (Not 12v Low Voltage model) and is suitable for two pipe central heating systems only, all come as standard in a white casing finish.
The Low Voltage Hydronic Award Heater is ideal for low voltage installations, only requiring a 0.45mm mains cable over the standard 1.5m cable; also the low voltage model comes complete with a transformer.
